We must receive your signed contract and deposit within 10 days of reserving your hunt trip. Failure to receive your paperwork and deposit within that time period will result in forfeiting your reserved space.
Once we have received your reservation request, (either verbally or online) we will email or fax a contract to you for your review. If everything meets with your approval please sign it, make a copy for your records and snail mail it back the address at the bottom of the page with your deposit or credit card information.
First half of your deposit may be paid in two installmants.
25% of your deposit is required at the time of booking
The remaining 25% is due 90 days after first deposit.
The remaining balance (final 50%) is due 75 days prior to hunt date.
A 50% deposit is required to reserve your hunt space 1 year or less from the
